For fifty years, one woman pursued a single obsession: the finest jewellery in the world.

The collection grew piece by piece, acquisition by acquisition, across five decades and across the world’s most prestigious auction rooms, private sales, and jewellery houses. Cartier panther earrings acquired when Cartier’s vintage pieces were not yet the subject of museum exhibitions. A Van Cleef & Arpels brooch set with Colombian unheated emeralds of a quality that the market now recognises as priceless. Patek Philippe timepieces from the 1970s, when such watches were still available to those who knew where to look.

Today that collection — over two hundred pieces representing the summit of 20th-century jewellery making — is available to a new generation of collectors and connoisseurs.
